A comfortable self contained apartment on the ground floor in a converted barn attached to the owners house.

The accommodation is situated along the White Esk river within the Eskdalemuir Valley lying just back from the B709.

This is a very secluded area with rolling hills reaching heights of 2270ft and forest landscapes with an abundance of wildlife, lochs and flora and fauna.

Eskdalemuir near Langholm and Lockerbie in the scottish borders, Dumfries & Galloway From the south Leave the M6 at junction 44 (Carlisle) and travel up to Langholm on the A7. Turn left onto the B709. Keep on this road for 16 miles. Pass the sign for Eskdalemuir Observatory, go over the river and we are the 1st house on the left sign posted Fingland.

From the north Leave the M6 at junction 17 (Lockerbie) and follow the signs for Eskdalemuir (B723). Keep on this road (14 miles) until you come to a T-junction (church on your left), turn left onto the B709. Within 3 miles, pass the sign for Eskdalemuir Observatory, go over the river and we are the 1st house on the left, sign posted Fingland.
